For paid services:

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime; access continues until period end
• Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase for unused credits
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

FM9's service, including our AI models, software, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology without explicit permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service:

• For extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
• Immediately for serious violations

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but generated content you've downloaded remains yours according to your license tier.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated content will meet specific requirements
• Results will be suitable for any particular purpose

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FM9 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
